There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 148 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SB 148 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 148 Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 33 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 5 Yeas: Anderson, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Fate, Foster, Gara, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Hawker, Heinze, Holm, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Lynn, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Moses, Ogg, Rokeberg, Samuels, Seaton, Stoltze, Weyhrauch, Whitaker, Wilson, Wolf 2003-05-19 House Journal Page 1927 Excused: Croft, Joule Absent: Berkowitz, Harris, Kapsner, Kerttula, Williams And so, SB 148 passed the House. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Dahlstrom later gave notice of reconsideration and it was taken up then.
